I must say, I was a bit skeptical until now about this pattern. Although Prigozhin was of course assassinated by Putin, my impression was that MH17 rather was an accident (although you make very good arguments to the contrary in the podcast episode I mentioned). And as I said below: MH370 doesn't seem to fit the pattern, as all other plane attacks were very unsophisticated, whereas an abduction including BFO spoofing would be the exact opposite: a highly sophisticated operation. But I congratulate you on your foresight, because I think you were the only voice (I know of) seeing the Putin-plane-pattern.

Thank you, Peter. I would add that Russia's hybrid warfare campaign against the West is extremely wide-ranging and varied, and includes operations that are extremely brutal and dumb as well as others that are exquisitely refined. I'm planning to an episode about this soon.

What exquisitely refined ops do you have in mind here ?

I want to look at two hacks by Russian intelligence each on which was so subtle that at first their counterparts did bother to investigate because they didn't think that anyone could have been capable of pulling it off.
